6 Manleigh Park is a pet-friendly, self-catering lodge set within Manleigh Park in Combe Martin, Devon, enjoying an elevated position amongst woodland with views stretching across the valley towards the village and coastline.

Just a short walk from Combe Martin and its sandy, dog-friendly beach, ideal for rock pooling, paddling, kayaking and paddleboarding, the lodge is perfectly placed for a classic seaside break.

It also offers easy access to popular nearby destinations including Ilfracombe, Croyde, Woolacombe Bay and the striking scenery of Exmoor National Park.

On arrival, take advantage of the allocated parking space before heading inside and settling into your holiday home.

The open-plan living area forms the heart of the lodge, providing space to prepare meals, gather around the dining table, relax after days spent out and about, and plan your next outing.

In warmer weather, open the doors and step onto the decked veranda, where you can dine alfresco while taking in the surroundings and fresh coastal air as the day draws to a close.

When it’s time to rest, choose between a double bedroom and a twin, both offering a relaxing setting for a good night’s sleep.

Ilfracombe 5 miles; Woolacombe 12 miles; Barnstaple 13 miles.

At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile.
