Benefiting from a range of on-site facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool and a children's play area, whilst offering flexible sleeping arrangements and a well-equipped living space, the lodge accommodates four guests, ideal for a family seascape.
Park up and head indoors, arriving at the open-plan space, where you can prepare delicious meals, dine as a group, and relax after a busy day of fun-filled activities.
After taking advantage of the park facilities, rest your eyes in one of three bedrooms including a double and two twins, all serviced by a shower room and an additional cloakroom for convenience.
Come morning, head to the shoreline for a stroll across Cayton Bay Beach, before travelling east towards Filey and its host of attractions; visit Scarborough Fair Collection & Vintage Transport Museum, opt for a delightful day out at the Playdale Farm Park, tour Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park, home to a wide range of animals, brush up on your local knowledge at Filey Museum, or book tickets for Planet Circus, hosting various acts and stunts.
Returning west, explore Scarborough and its influx of seaside amenities, including SEA LIFE Scarborough, the Italian Gardens, Alpamare UK, offering various water sport activities, Scarborough Castle, and the nature-filled Cinder Track, heading towards the North York Moors National Park.
Across the county you'll also find the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast, Bridlington North Beach & Promenade, and Reighton Sands Beach, all displaying picturesque views of the North Yorkshire coastline.

The property had not been thoroughly cleaned, out of date food in cupboards and fridges.
TV was faulty - poor customer service when making a complaint, no apology, refused to fix, replace or compensate.
We had a fabulous stay at this property.
Lovely and clean and you can tell it's well loved with games to play which we enjoyed. There was an outdoor table and settee so we had breakfast and dinner outside as we had a lovely sunny weekend. Walked to the beach which is also lovely. We didn't have any info from the property owners so we used the Sykes info and just guessed a few things and worked out you needed the boiler on for hot water in the shower. The site is also great with a pool and very good food shop. We will definitely return.

Cayton Bay Holiday Park in Scarborough is situated on one of the most popular stretches of coastline for tourists and holidaymakers, you’ll have no issues filling your time up with exciting adventures here. One of the best examples is the town of Scarborough, situated just a 15-minute drive north of this holiday park. Known for its beautiful beach that stretches around the bay and offers exceptional views of Scarborough Castle on the headland, it’s also home to the brilliant SEA LIFE Scarborough aquarium and a popular amusement park known as Luna Park, which sits on the northern end of the beach at the foot of the castle.
If you’re hoping to venture further out to explore the rest of the coast, then travel north to the town of Robin Hood’s Bay. Known for its steep, cobbled streets that wind their way down to the town’s namesake beach, it’s home to some of the best fish and chips you’ll find anywhere in the country as well as a popular museum dedicated to the town’s long maritime history.
