What guests are saying
Cabin was very nice, modern and clean.
Plenty outdoor space to relax, decking at the front/back of the cabin plus seating. Gated so dogs can stay out with not run off. Definitely need to travel by car for anything as nothing on site. Could have had a mirror in the bedroom with the ensuite as a large light up mirror in the ensuite but no plug points to plug hairdryer etc into. Plenty plug points in the room to use any appliances but no mirror which would have helped.
Lovely cosy well equipped accomodation on a beautiful tranquil site.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Ideal for a peaceful retreat.
our 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed lodge was cleverly designed to make the most of the light and space, great for 2 people, but it would have felt squashed for 4 people.
First impressions were clean, but clinical. The heating system and TV were overcomplicated, no instructions, all barcodes. I found it strange that there were absolutely no items to wash up or clean with, no dishwasher tablets, cloth, nothing. There was a nice salt & pepper set, but nothing in them, also not a single side plate, so you do need to take absolutely everything. There was also no none slip bath mat, or a door mat. There was fresh milk, and tea and coffee supplied. It's also a long way from any shop, pub etc. Ok for a short break. Friendly, helpful receptionist
