Accommodation was good but felt it had been a bit neglected which is a shame as it has great potential.

Not the cleanest. Cobwebs at height in every room. Back decking area neglected, overgrown nettles coming through the decking and covered in dead insects and cobwebs. Door was also very difficult to open and close. Don’t think the windows have ever been cleaned. Kitchen tap also leaking. However we did enjoy our stay.

Had an enjoyable relaxing 4 night break with wife and our Cookapoo.

A quiet remote site, so no bar or entertainment, no bars or shops close by, which didnt bother us, ordered a just eat which cost £4 delivery when we paid but resturant phoned asking for another £5 cash on delivery. Accommodation was very well kitted out, only thing missing or me was a microwave but no big deal Wish we had booked 7 nights, will look at returning sometime next year when site is complete and hopefully walks are fully opened again.

The site is under development so it is unfinished but that didn’t spoil things. There is no shop facilities as stated - it literally had cans of coke and that is it. Again didn’t spoil things just so people dont plan of using the shop for supplies immediately. The cabin was lovely but we were greeted with a very dirty toilet that had not been cleaned and there was no where to unpack. No drawers or bedside tables and only 3 coat hangers in a wardrobe that also contained the mop bucket. We just left our stuff in the suitcase. The kitchen is fine but needs more equipment - no colander or chopping board. Again it didn’t spoil our stay as we were never going to be cooking up a storm but I think basics need to be provided. Staff were lovely and helpful and the beds were super comfy. The site is in a really good location for discovering the local area. It is advertised that there is woodland to wonder through but it is all very overgrown and impassable. I think once this site is completed it will be fantastic but feels a little like a work in progress at the moment. We genuinely had a really good break and I’m being nit picky as feedback is needed to improve service.

What a lovely place to spend some time relaxing and unwinding and enjoying nature.

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean and in the middle of the countryside.

Easy to get around to see the area and great for walking

This is a lovely property although I would say if four adults were staying ( three of us) the sitting area would be a bit cramped for watching TV or just having conversation.

The couch will hold three folk but it would be tight and not so comfortable, there’s also one chair. The bedrooms don’t have a side table so nowhere for your phone glasses water etc we used the kitchen bar stools. Plinth under the dishwasher kept coming loose when opening appliance and quite a lot of ouse coming from under the beds however non of the above would put me off staying here again it’s a lovely property.

People save up to have a holiday and rest and recuperate from busy lives and life events.

The holiday accommodation owner should have scheduled the building work in the off season. They also cut the grass on two consecutive days when it was approx 30 degrees. It was roasting hot for the people doing the work but they could have scheduled 2 separate visits. The accommodation was lovely but it needs a good clean, I don't expect to see greasy fingermarks on the inside of glass or a very grimy outside glass table. Attention to detail. I think the operator needs to consider blinds for the glass on the roof and sides where there were no curtains. It was far too hot inside the cabins. We were unwell because of the heat and left early. Apart from that it makes a lovely holiday spot.
