As you step into this charming home, you'll find yourself in a spacious open-plan area, designed with care to include a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting room.

The kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights, which can be savoured at the dining table, perfect for accommodating all your guests.

Once dinner is over, head to the sitting room where you can unwind in front of the TV, enjoying the warmth from the electric fire as evening settles around you.

Outside, the enclosed front decking offers a peaceful spot to unwind, whether you're reading a book or relishing a meal outdoors on the provided furniture, all set against the backdrop of tranquil countryside.

When it's time to retire for the night, you can choose between two inviting bedrooms: a king-size room that can be arranged as a twin on request, complete with a TV, or a comfortable twin room.

Both are served by a well-appointed bathroom featuring a bath and overhead shower, finished with fluffy towels and thoughtful spa touches, offering flexibility to refresh in whichever way suits you best.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at 17 Meadow Retreat We absolutely loved our stay at 17 Meadow Retreat and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so cosy, warm, welcoming and beautifully presented. The property was spotlessly clean, fresh and beautifully maintained, with everything feeling brand new and thoughtfully prepared. You can really see the care and attention to detail that has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The whole experience was incredibly easy, from booking to accessing the property. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making arrival completely stress-free. Everything we needed was there, and the accommodation truly felt like a home away from home. The only recommendation we would make is to consider changing the check-in and check-out times, perhaps offering a 10:00am check-in and 4:00pm check-out. With the current 4:00pm check-in, we felt that we lost almost a whole day of our stay, especially when you are visiting for a short break. Having more time at the property would make the experience even more enjoyable and allow guests to truly make the most of their stay. Apart from that, everything was absolutely perfect. We all had a wonderful time, felt very comfortable and would highly recommend 17 Meadow Retreat to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, clean and welcoming place to stay.

Loved the accommodation and the setting, it was great.

There were a couple of minor things we thought could have some improvement. Outside the glass balustrade was very dirty and needed a good clean. Inside the property, it was well maintained, clean and tidy. We were travelling as 2 single females and it would have been nice to have a complimentary soap in each bathroom instead of just the en-suite as we used a bathroom each. We also felt that the tea, coffee & milk facilities were very limited, a couple more sachets of tea and maybe a pint of milk would have been nice. Overall it was a lovely stay, setting and layout of the site was great and we would highly recommend to others. On departure we checked out your sister site a few miles down the road. We liked the fact it was by the lakes and in a quieter area as we were aware of road noise where we were, however, we both decided that we preferred our site.

Had a fantastic time we came with our five year old grandson ,lodge was spotless every thing we needed was there would highly recommend, went to some lovely places weather was fantastic for us would definitely come again .
