What guests are saying
Lovely lodge, had everything you needed.
Great position where sited for privacy & access on & off park as not too far from main entrance . Large balcony if you want to sit outside. Only thing the iron would not heat up, only luke warm even after trying all settings, but that is nothing. Overall lovely stay & thankyou for Prosecco nice surprise. Have already booked for next year. Many Thanks
We stayed at squirrels nook last year and it was lovely.
We were really looking forward to going back this year. Whilst the lodge is very nice it has deteriorated since last year. It is in dire need of a deep clean. The floors, especially around the edges and the skirting boards are filthy. In the en suite the shower has mould and inside the shower cubicle was dirty. The sink was dirty around the tap. The fridge isn’t cold enough. There is a pretty fake plant on the dining table but the pot is dirty, is had food marks on it. The sofa and cushions are stained and need cleaning. The walls are filthy with marks, especially in the main bedroom. Really disappointing, we won’t be coming back.
Exceeded our expectations, lovely cabin in a nice setting.
You would not know that dogs were allowed in these accomodations, excellant, would definately recommend.
